NOTE : Students are not required to send the printout of the application form to the University.
For students in whose case Migration Certificate / Affidavit are required should sent the same in original to the University by post. Copy of payment receipt should be sent along with in such cases. Students must write their Reference Number clealrly on the envelope containing the Migration / Affidavit.
